Film Night - The Death of Stalin
Wednesday 23rd September 2026
Join us on Wednesday 23rd September for this 2017 political satire and black comedy directed by Armando Iannucci.
This film blends farcical, razor-sharp dialogue with the bleak reality and genuine terror of the totalitarian Stalinist regime as it chronicles the chaotic internal social and political power struggle among the members of the Soviet Politburo immediately following the sudden death of dictator Joseph Stalin in 1953.
A great cast containing Simon Russell Beale, Steve Buscemi, Rupert Friend, Jason Issacs, Michael Palin, Andrea Riseborough and Paul Whitehouse (among others!) under the direction of Iannucci makes this a film not to be missed!
Tickets £6 per person.
Doors open at 7.30pm for an 8.00pm screening.
